Collecting of initial data for any objects construction or reconstruction includes: land plot reserving, feasibility Study for the land plot selection, technical specifications for connection to utility lines etc. Prior the design works for the future facility it is necessary to collect the initial data. The data shall be the bases for design works and approval of the project documentation. The list of initial data for each facility is always special. The survey works include a whole complex of various studies carried out on the land plot of the future construction site. The main task of the survey works is to receive reliable information about the facility that shall be used for design and preparation of construction documents. FRONT END ENGINEERING DESIGN
With the view of future project success of the utmost importance is the very starting stage of it. And meanwhile the project’s business plan defines its economic opportunities, the Front End Engineering Design (FEED) specifies the set of working conditions and equipment, that will be needed to reach the reliability, efficiency and safety goals.
This stage of design vectors the entire project. Consequently, the Client ensures the project’s future success buying tried licensed technologies or choosing a company, that similar to ours, specializes in designing of work cycles.
ТТС Engineering devotes special attention to elaboration of terms of reference for designing at FEED initial stage. As a rule, when the Terms of Reference are ready there shall be specified the following:
• Raw material specification
• Requirements for manufacturing performance
• Products specification
• The main operational indicators of production
• Existing utility lines specification
• Operational requirements for separate units
• Normative technological requirements
• Other operational goals and restrictions imposed by the manufacturing owners/ operators/ engineers.
When the ToR have been approved by the Client, the team of our chemist-technologists shall start to analyze and specify different project aspects. The end product of their work shall be process flow documentation containing description of the process, and it will be possible to proceed the work at the detailed design stage.
At this stage ТТС Engineering prepares the complete set of process design documents including all necessary information required for detailed design (such details as constructional steelworks, buildings, detailed electrical interconnection and pipelines, insulation, selection of equipment suppliers/ selection of models etc.).
ТТС company provides for continuous process of transition to the detailed engineering design stage.
When all the needed preliminary project decisions were taken the ТТС Engineering specialists shall undertake the final design stage works. The stage involves not only elaboration of working documents but also details of the previous stages results, creation and testing of pilot and/or commercial prototype item of complicated engineering elements of the facility, elaboration and test run of the needed software, development of process and operational documents.
ТТС Engineering is ready to continue its work at the detailed design stage and during construction works for the facilities for which the company performed process design. When we perform the supervision function all the requests to change the technological process shall be considered by our engineers. Thus the Client shall have better understanding of the possible consequences of the proposed changes and alternative decisions.
